It was the Artists' Den's 7th anniversary yesterday and we had a small celebration at the usual meeting place, Gloria Jeans Coffee, with cookies (care of Lico) and various beverages we they bought at the place. Also in attendance were fellow members, Ryan, Jeff, and Den.

More about this later. I'm still reeling from the apparent lack of rest. Another deadline's looming in the horizon and it's a good thing I've got the idea for next week's strip down pat.

Guess who's finally making an appearance in Spider-Man 3?

The actor who provided the voice of Optimus Prime in the TV animation will also be providing the voice of the same in the movie coming out next year.

Aaaaand... you read it here first: THERE WILL BE A JLA LIVE ACTION MOVIE! Plans are already being set in motion for it to be finally made (I got the news from my brother whose friend works in a California-based vid gaming company who signed a contract tying-in with the movie).
Watch Lady In the Water. One of the best films I've ever watched.

Sure, he let a lot of people down with The Village but that doesn't mean that this would suck too. Like the way I didn't agree with a lot of people who liked Unbreakable but I liked his follow up movie (Signs). Keep an open mind when you watch this film, and also keep in mind that this is a fairy tale and not a horror movie. That way you won't end up disappointing yourself and also leave all logic at the door and watch this movie with the eyes of child. Expect to be told a simple tale of finding the assurance that one has a place in this world and even the smallest thing you do can have the biggest impact on someone else.

You have to believe that this all makes sense somehow.” --Cleveland Heep
Don't believe what the critics say, actually don't read any of the criticisms before watching this one. Make up your own mind after watching this one.
